Mediation consists of a dialogue instead of a fight.

Mediation is a flexible dispute resolution technique. It is carried out in a private and  confidential manner through which the mediator acts as a neutral facilitator to help the parties reach a negotiated settlement that puts an end to their dispute.

The parties always have control over the decision to execute the mediation agreement, as well as agree its terms.

Mediation, more than a procedure is a “life experience” that allows individuals and companies to find alternatives to solve the conflict that afflicts them without having to go to court.

Our experience in this area of practice:

We act as mediators instructed by the parties where we have been able to help multiple people and companies to resolve their conflicts favorably without having to litigate. In particular we have vast experience in the family area where we have contributed so that when people have decided to separate they do so peacefully focusing on their welfare and that of their children.

We have assisted partners and shareholders in multiple conflicts of both a corporate and family nature, avoiding their separation and, better still, their dissolution due to lack of agreement.
